We want you to love every item you purchase from Hello Cutie! If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please read our policy below for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
🔁 Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging.

A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Certain items are non-returnable (see below).
How to initiate a return:

Email us at support@mbigroup.net with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll provide return instructions and the return address.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Sale/clearance items

Gift cards

Personalized or custom-made items

Intimate or sanitary goods (e.g. earrings, undergarments)
💸 Refunds
Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or card provider. If there are still issues, contact us at support@mbigroup.net.
🔄 Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size, color, or item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.
